Mission Statement

Cloudpair, Inc was founded in 2017, a re-branding of Portgeeks, an IT services and knowledge consulting business.  After it’s initial start in 2008, Portgeeks transformed into a Managed Service Provider out of the need to provide simple solutions to complex technology and connectivity problems. ‘ After working with many clients, it became clear that IT knowledge and support was not enough. A better platform to run and service client’s business workloads was needed.

Large public clouds are cumbersome, restrictive, and costly.  The public cloud providers do not provide the level of support needed for SMB IT solution providers and MSPs with limited resources and knowledge in Cloud solutions. Public clouds cater to the masses and the need for a private, boutique style cloud platform became apparent.

We want you, to use our knowledge and services to provide companies with an easy and proven pathway to the Cloud.

Cloudpair Inc. is a Massachusetts Registered Corporation.

Cloudpair Data Centers are in Andover, Massachusetts and Somerville, Massachusetts.  The Data Center Facilities are owned by global datacenter providers. We call these facilities IT Hotels as they provide the Space and Power and Physical security needed to support our infrastructure. All the services provided by CloudPair are on our own redundant hardware that we fully control and own.  Network connectivity is provided by multiple Internet Service providers. There are more than 35 providers at each facility.   This allows us unlimited flexibility in creating connectivity solutions for clients.

CloudPair infrastructure and services are made possible by a group of dedicated technology professionals with the combined experience of over 100 years.
